Little Chancer coming home from work! My little brother moved in with us on Tuesday night. He thought since he has graduated he was ready to "move out" from my mom & dads...but obviously not really ready to be on his own-own. So we gave him the extra bedroom & I helped him unpack all his stuff and told him I wouldn't pack his lunch for work like mom used to!! hahaWe made tacos together on Tuesday and last night we got home at the same time and started cleaning the kitchen and bathroom...Mom would be so proud! And its nice for me to not have to be alone all the time while Eric's at work!
And a landlord update: FINALLY got a hold of him & Eric said he had been moving all week so he didn't really have a phone...hmmm. Well we told him about the leak on the roof and his suggestion was that Eric climb up on the roof and nail a tarp down until he can come look at it. OMG-GHETTO. Anyways, after all this I e-mailed him and said I have receipts totaling $185 and I would just less it off our rent when I mailed him. Then he emailed me back and just take off $250 for all the trouble. YES! We decided to go get my dad a gift card to somewhere for the help and hopefully thats the end of our house troubles for now!
